    A: Setup fees are paid to a third party Registrar service and can not be recovered from that service.

    A: We do not sell web space as we upload your site to the server of your choice. We can assist you in obtaining a web host if you do not have one already arranged.

Q. Can I cancel my account?
    A: Yes, your account with us can be cancelled at any time with final invoice to include services up to the date of cancellation. We do not lock you into any long term contracts.

Q: Will you keep our name, telephone number, emails and account information private?
    A: All correspondence between us is confidential and not shared with any third party.

    A: We accept checks and money orders in Canadian funds payable to "Squirrel Website Services".

    A: We prefer email communication since all requests are documented and are dealt with in a timely manner.

Q: Does it matter which Web Host I sign up for?
    A: Web Hosts have various features and prices. Not all hosts are created equal. If you want to have forms on your website you will need a Host with a PHP server. If you need FrontPage extension capabilities you will need a host with that feature. It is important to identify all your requirements as best you can at startup to ensure you get the correct features from your Web Host service. We can assist you in determining your requirements so you can perform an informed search for a suitable web host.

Q: I just need a couple of pages for my club to display non profit information only. Is there any way I can get web space for free?
    A: If you are not selling anything as a business through your website you may be able to get free (or near free) web space from your current Internet Provider. Personal web space may already be included with your account or for a small one-time setup fee. You will be limited to the domain name displayed on the WWW. For instance instead of "www.myclub.com" you will may have a domain name similar to "www.yourprovidersmembers/myclub.com". If the long domain name is not a big concern for your website then check with your internet provider to see if personal web space is included with your account.

Q: How do I know when you have completed work that I have requested?
    A: We always send you a brief confirmation email stating that your requested work has been completed. That is your cue to check our work and ensure that the updates are done as per your request.
